Do you want to learn how to arrange your living or working environment to experience more inner peace? To discover how to create spaces where you feel and live well?

In this workshop, you will understand what kind of influence the materials, colours and details in your environment have on you, and how to tailor these to your own personal tastes and needs.


We start with a meditation to connect to your intuition and hone in on how you would like to feel in your space, to visualise what colours, materials, shapes and layout resonate with you. I will then share practical examples of the key elements to consider to create healing, restorative spaces, from biophilic design to sensory textures, to calming colour palettes. These insights are based on neuroscientific research, which has shown what types of surroundings lower the heart rate, reduce anxiety or improve focus and decision-making. Finally, I will guide you in the creation of your own mood board and visual narrative, to turn your ideas into a concrete vision, so you can put all that you have learned into practice.

These events were born from the need to share my approach with those who wish to simplify their home and make healthier choices for their space, but don’t know where to start. I want you to walk away from our time together feeling inspired and excited to take what you’ve learned into your home.
